Remembrance tactics(?)

The enemy seems to have a habit of making me forget to do things like money meditations, particular workings during certain hours of the day, and various other things. It might just be me, but is there any sort of meditation/rune/ritual that could assist in making me remember things I need to do? Yesterday I had also somehow forgotten to do money mantras, and I feel rather annoyed at myself sometimes.

They do this to me too.
Attacking my memory and doing everything they can to disrupt my thoughts with bullshit, distractions and outright blasphemy.
I am about to add 108 ALGIZ and 108 SURYAE to my daily protection meditations because my current version is no longer strong enough.
