Reciting mantras from Magickal Squares?

How does one recite the mantras from the Magickal squares, do you vibrate them or chant them in a "traditional" sense? Is it to be vibrated or chanted in one breath or word per word? Also is rolling the r's mandatory for the squares?

They are to be vibrated, one word per breath. The R’s do need to be rolled. If you can’t roll your r’s then you’ll need to find a YouTube video on the matter and practice until you can.
