ok so i have been progressing quite well recently im fairly new i could get into a trance in a few minutes breathe in energy correctiliyshhh and i was starting to open my charkas however recently i ahve no idea why i cant do any of those i cant breathe in energy propley only in like short bursts in my arms my trances arent trances anymore there just me relaxing and charka opening seems years away, what is going on
