Re-opening the Chakras?

Yers just do it to re awakwn them just in case they closed. And after make sure you give them energy daily 
You can meditate on them each once a week on their days as stated in the full chakra meditation on the JoS website. But I like to meditate on all of them everyday. Sometimes I meditate on 5 of them everyday. Just make sure you don't neglect them for long periods of time. You must keep 'feeding' your chakras energy daily

As I posted before I did mine for 3 months in a row.Now I have never heard of doing that before,but it was necessary for me,and I am glad I did mine that way.It really paid of for me when I started doing more advanced meditations.But as a general rule it is not necessary but I didn't care,because after all it is my program and my own advancement at stake.And we have the opportunity to work our own program no matter how slow or fast we choose.Plus I love to vibrate the God names for each chakra.We are all different so just do what feels right to you.
