Eye spells??? How is this spiritually benificial...this isn't "light as a feather stiff as a board"...and as was preveously pointed out... There's no planetary or astral work done with any of thoose silly "rituals". Nor intense vivid visualization. How are you backing up your concentrated astral work in the physical world???
