I'm lost in closing chakras. I did it yesterday but without a clear understanding then today I started mensruation
I felt the power but I did it 1nce can contunue while I'm menstruating

You should only close your chakras when you're going to someplace that involves the enemy to prevent links to attach to your chakras. (You should also have your chakras opened before closing them.) The menstruation cycle shouldn't really affect your chakras unless you direct the energy from it at one of them.
