Quiet places

I can't find a single quiet place in my house and the weather is not
welcoming. What can I do?

If the weather isn't too bad you might want to try a library. It
probably won't be entirely silent but it'll probably help until you
can tune things out.

i also had this problem. What i did is create white noise, something that drowns the noise around you out.. Kinda hard to meditate but you can get use to it. Perhaps a fan, something that makes the same constant sound.

There are many sound meditation.. You try that while creating sounds or how Scott said something that drove the noise around you out.
