What does it mean when you have a burning sensation in your crown chakra or third eye?
What about having it in your chest?

Presence of energy. Energy is hot, warm and sometimes cold. When its hot it has a burning sensation.
If your chakras are all open this sensation does not come with pain. But when they are blocked it surely does involve pain.
When the sensation comes, don’t fight it calm yourself and direct it to whatever you desire. And if it becomes a-lot in one Chakra, balance it in other Chakras. Yoga helps with that.
