Question regarding the 40 day program

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here and I will be brief, not to waste your time too much.

Can anyone provide a link to the 40 day meditation program with all PDFs working? The one I have just redirects me to 404 errors and I can't download anything. The links HP Zevios provided are not working as they redirect me to a dropbox error.


And I have another question to ask: So if the program says I have to work on opening my crown chakra for 2 or 3 days, what if I don't manage to open it in that time period? Do I extend the days I work on it or do I leave it at that state until I am more trained in other meditations?

I when I did this for the 3rd eye and heart chakra, I only felt root.
but I went further with other meditations. 3 years ago.
I did not continue the same. I simply went further and after 40 days I felt with further meditations that I hadn’t done before.
everyone else, it is subjective.
listen to others as well.
i think if you push it out for 2-3 days there can be no problem. but if that's not the case either.
