I have a history of epilepsy and haven't had a seizure in over 3 years. I was wondering if there were safe ways to awaken the chakras without going into trance for people at risk of seizures
Ask Your physician if You can do the exercises and if You are given the okay,You can do what is written on the JoS.But be careful not to over-stimulate the chakras and not to open all of them in a row.Give time to Your nervous system to relax and adjust for a few days and then move on.I have a history of epilepsy and haven't had a seizure in over 3 years. I was wondering if there were safe ways to awaken the chakras without going into trance for people at risk of seizures
