Question About The Aura? And If It "sticks"

well i was wondering,
when we do power meditations or vibrational chanting.
and build up aura energy,

does it stay? what i mean is

when we increase our aura levels, are they permanent?

does it fade away after a period of time?

and how do we "grasp" more aura through vibrations?
