1.How should I use rune THURISAZ for becoming courageous,independent,etc? I should vibrate it in my whole being,right? Then how many times should i repeat affirmations and vibrations ? Affirmation: energies of thurisaz are making me courageous or i am courageous in any way? Which one is right affirmation that i should do?
2.How do you use two runes when it is said if the specific rune is used with other specific rune then it increases power/empowers/ so forth ? Like i chose SOWILO & THURISAZ for getting courage,becoming independent and bringing out leadership qualities,strenghtening will,etc?
