question about mirror for ectoplasm

i dont have a personal mirror or have any money at the times to buy one. n dont have "black" liquid either.. i do have a bathroom mirror tho. can i use that or what should i do.im this is next on the training program for me and some help and advice as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated thanks .

I took a picture frame... painted it with a glossy black finish and put paint side to the back of the frame... worka well for me...
