There's scientifically not even close to enough water on the planet to do that even if all the water in the sky came down and all the glaciers melted, so no.

Those stories are mostly symbolic and talking about spiritual concepts. Unless it is a clear prophecy talking about physical events like for example the mayan 2012 thing where it said that within 20 years would be the end of the enemy religions and they said we would be uniting for a cause. That is a prophecy that is talking about us actually so cool. The Kali Yuga thing is also a prophecy. What you are talking about is more like a story most likely about some spiritual allegory. The same as the revelations nonsense with the enemy. All they did was code a bunch of spiritual stuff that is mostly destructive in with stories of events to program the mass mind that is not a prophecy either.
