Question about Chakra Meditations

Like Rune meditations, each rune you must vibrate a certain number of times, is this also the same for chakra words of power as well? Like Haum? Yaum? Raum? and ect. ect.? Do they also require a certain number of times as well for greater results? Or does this only apply to runes?

Yes. Anything you vibrate whether it be runes, mantras, or anything else will have its power amplified to a corresponding number. I suggest studying numerology as numbers have a vast importance.
