I did the Astarte Power Ritual last Ostara. The day after I was able to concentrate easily on the task I need to do even I’m on my period. Is this the effect of the ritual?

What are the other effects of Astarte Ritual?

Whenever I do energy breathing to an object it makes my thought scattered or out of focus, is there other way I can do this?

I want to be laser focus and grounded. There are times I caught my self say dreaming or fantasizing.

I’m doing good meditation.

My moon and sun sign is on gemini.

It is possible that this is the effect of ritual.
Everyone is different and may have different benefits from the Astarte Ritual.

I recommend doing void meditation, hatha yoga and invoking the earth element.
