1. Hi, can I use the MUNKA rune with less vibration? At the moment I can't work with mantras for a longer period of time for some reasons, so if I hold the MUNKA rune at say 20x vibration with 9 affirmations, is that ok? Also, what is the least and what is the least optional version?

2. Are the Runes related to the Planets? I mean, are there Runes that are specifically ruled by a Planet?

1. Yes. You can use it at the level you're comfortable with. You just have to be consistent in the number of reps and it's all good.

2. Yeah. Some runes are ruled by certain planets. For example, Sowilo is ruled by the Sun, Mannaz is ruled by Mercury, Berkano by the Moon, etc. Some runes are ruled by more than one planet, not just one.
