What I got from the description is that the Houris are heavenly women and devout Muslims get them as a reward in heaven. If it is so, then your question has to do with the afterlife.
In Satanism, after you die you stay in the astral for a while and then get reincarnated into a new life on earth, so there's no eternal blissful paradise as in Abrahamic religions, so the concept of "eternal reward for your good deeds here" doesn't exist. A Satanist doesn't suffer in this life in order to be rewarded in the afterlife, but wants to reach immortality in this life to stop reincarnating. So the entire premise that the "houris" are based on doesn't exist in Satanism.
Some Satanists have relationships with incubi/succubi, but they are different beings. They are not a reward for your faith or good works, but are Gods/Demons that you can have a relationship with if you ask Satan to send you one. They have nothing to do with the afterlife or heaven, but given to you in this life.
