Question #4963: When your natal planets conjunct another persons Moon nodes exactly

What does it mean if I have my Natal mars conjunct exactly - and I mean EXACTLY to someone else's South Node? Also I have the same question about the north node. What does this mean when someone has their planets conjunct to someone else's nodes like this?

Is your natal Mars your ruler?
Is this person's ruler conjunct to any of your planets?
