If my ancestry is a combination of Celtic nations and "Germanic Europe" does that mean my first birth was the union of a pure Celt and a pure Teuton? Is there more to the story since history has been so obfuscated?

I once did past life regression and the place that I saw I sensed to be in a totally different area than my ancestry today says I originate.
