Do Cthulhu and other sort of eldritch deities exist? If so, are they acquainted or in recognition of our own gods? What's their relationship?

Cthulhu is just the name in ancient Sumerian language for Kundalini, Lovecraft is a hoax, all he did was to take the names that appear in the Necronomicon and invent a totally fictitious story.
