I have mercury and venus in scorpio
Mars in aquarius
Wondering if these mean anything concerning my past life as a son of the devil?

This may be an indicator, such as who presents stellium in scorpion or eighth house, or in 12 house, but this is not the rule.

Usually people who come from past lives who were with Satan, show at some point in their life "attraction" to the occult, meditation, rejection of religion and more, this can happen even at a small age.

But this is indivudual, and depends on many factors, others can "return" even at a later age than others.
