Pyrokinesis thing help needed!

I have been practicing Pyrokinesis for a while now, and I have been able to douche the flame a couple off times. But sometimes the flame is rough and difficult to put out but I'm able to control it even from a distance. Putting out the flame has become annoying since the flame is or to quiet, or to wild to put out, someone has experience how to handle or manage with this stuff, I would be greatfull! Also I practice almost everyday, plus I practice Telekinesis at times not everyday.
I guess its the candle that produces different flames but still...

Just keep practicing. Eventually your powers will increase and you will be able to control harsh flames.

Try to think and concentrate on water element to put it out. Literally see the flame distinguishing.
