Pulling Energy From Constellational Stars

Has anyone tried this? Share your experience here, men and women, it will be much appreciated.

For example, you want to increase will power considerably or for a project, you draw energy as instructed on JoS from Aries star's.

            when I used to meditate a lot I was able to expand my light sphere.....out into the universe...it was really enriching...

(I hope that I can get back to that stage again.....I miss it....it's a 'beautiful place to be'...)
