I can't underestand how to do this part This should be done after the invocation where you write a request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple.)

That means you do a ritual to Satan and after the invocation part of the ritual, you write a request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple. You literally write a polite request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple. You are free to word it however you please.
