Problem while cleaning aura

When i clean my aura i visualize myself in white-gold light. But i dont feel my aura is cleaning. When i finish cleaning i feel my aura is still dirty. Cleaning doesnt work. What should i do?

Use Surya, Aum Surya or Raum to clean yourself or Vi-suddhi.

Try to also clean it while using the suns light. Just don't look directly at the sun.

The light alone is not enough, the point is to use positive energy to clean away the negative energy with. So imagine that you are pushing away/cleaning off/whatever method works for you, the dirt from your aura with the white-gold light.

If you are cleaning after an Ritual white light is insufficient as well, you need to use a mantra for more power.
