Greetings

I would like to ask how does one become a priest for Lord Satan? I've fancied becoming a priestess for quite some time (actually ever since I've dedicated) and was wondering how? And, what exactly would it entail? What does a Satanic Priest(ess) do every day? How does he/she make a living?


I have been dedicated over a year now and this is my last year in school. I seem to struggle to keep my energy up during the school year and have so much work that I can't meditate as much as I'd like. I am planning on taking a gap year "to think about what I want to do with my life". I want to use this time to meditate and raise my Kundalini Serpent. (sorry for spelling )

Well, whilst the joy of Satan Clergy itself is sort of 'don't call us,
we'll call you'...really, there is nothing stopping you from doing a
ritual to Lord/Father Satan vowing yourself to his service as a
priestess. That is what I did! ^ And then, recently also, I actually
went to this site:

You can basically become ordained for free online; and no, obviously,
it is not for Spiritual Satanism itself that the site ordains you, but
still...my ex-fiancée did that actually, which is where I got the
idea. Heh. But he is, indeed, a legally ordained priest; if you so
desire, you can buy a package that gives you a card and everything
signifying that you are legally able to perform marriages etc. I did
not buy the package yet, but I will soon; the cheapest one, since I am
kinda broke right now. Lol. Though, I am unsure as to whether the
Church of Spiritual Humanism is viable in the U.K. or not. I did that
extra step because I did not think that Father Satan would mind;
because, from what I read on their website, Spiritual Humanism is
actually really very close to Spiritual Satanism, except of course
that they do not seem to worship or revere any actual Gods/deities.
But I figure that is all right; it still gives one legal license to
perform ceremonies for marriages etc. if one so ddesires, and I do
think that is a legal function of a Satanic priest/priestess; at
least, if you are wanting to eventually establish an offline
ministry/temple for Lord Satan. Wich I do, eventually, somehow, wish
to do. I know not how, because at present I live soely on SSI. I am
blind. I do not work at all, at present. But I want...really, I want
working for Father Satan to be my job! I want to be a priestess for
Satan full time! Not very realistic perhaps, but 'tis the truth. And I
do not care what anyone says to me! Somehow, eventually, Satan
willing, I will do this! I will have an actual, offline
temple/ministry that glorifies Lord/Father Satan, and does what he
desires, which is to help people to become better people, and at least
reach out in a small way, like he did, in a big way to the world. As
for what the duties/expectations of a Satanic Clergy are, I believe
that they are: loyalty, honesty, upholding Satan's laws, aiding
Satanic brethren as best one can, aiding other people, those who are
without, as best one can, in the Lord/Father Satan's name.

I looked around and there is a group where I live but they seem to be Laveyan and never responded upon my or my friend's email. I want to make a Spiritual Satanic group - but not public -  to help my Brothers and Sisters on their path. I doubt, however, if there would be enough people to start a coven.

I talked to my Guardian and She said She will help me upon my journey to becoming a High Priestess although I want to do a formal ritual too.

Me too! I would love to be a full time Priestess! It's quite unfortunate that it's a bit difficult to persue this. I am not giving up though! I shall find a way to be financially free enough to devote a lot of time for Him.

@Allison you got the wrong idear.
To become a priest/ess you can only...strictly..only be choosen by Satan.
You have to be very informed on Zevism and very good with ministering....ie for the powers of hell...speading the true satanic gospel.
You need to have been a leader....say a coven leader or something...generally you need to prove yourself to Satan
Basically you need to be spiritually advanced. You must have your kundalini assended. Being a priest is not an easy task....and its to be taken lightly you literally sacrifice your life to work in Satans service forever.
You have to put Satan first in everything!!!!.... i could write abook bout this but i have limited time.

Like Allison said, if you want to help people just do that online in these groups, like many people do. Start by posting helpful advice, things to help with power meditations e.t.c. That's a good place to start. You don't really need a fancy title to do so. Which makes me wonder, do you really want to help people or are you in just for the ego boost that that tile gives?? There are actually many people who do think like that, so be careful. It doesn't work that way in Spiritual Satanism, you don't really seek to gain a title, but you do work and help and if you are really worth it, then the title may come.

I haven't raised my kundalini serpent yet but I communicate to Astaroth almost everyday. I meditate (or at the very least try to) everyday. I have been dedicated for over a year now. I understand that being a Satanic Priest won't be as simple as filling in a form. I know that it would require years of devotion and at the very least have my kundalini raised.

I asked because this is where I want to go with my life. I have only been a Spiritual Satanist, I once looked a bit up on Draconic Wicca but that's it. I have followed Joy of Satan. Actually, reading through it was how I decided to become a Satanist.

I shall have a look through the sermons section. I never really knew what was on it. (nor what sermon means)

I don't care at all about fame or fortune. To be honest the reason why I want to become a Priest or anything like it is because I don't want to live as another mindless drone in this wretched money-driven world. The ideal life would be one in isolation, studying magick and art and literature to my heart's content in-tune with nature. But that won't be possible

I feel like every day that I don't use FOR Satan is a day wasted. I understand that it would be difficult and that not everyone have what it takes. I can see the low that humanity is beckoning to every day. Just by looking at the xians at school, just by looking at what humanity is doing to nature. I want Satanism to be the norm. I want to help fight the enemy and I want to help open up new knowledge.

I know words are just words and actions truly show that we mean it. If, by some chance, I at the very least become a leader of a Coven, or sub-leader, then I would be extremely happy.

I am planning on utilizing next year to truly find myself and to advance myself spiritually as far as possible. It's proving to be immensely difficult getting the results I want during the school year as I am always tired after school and I have other time-consuming obligations because of the school. Of course I don't intend this to sound like I'm making an excuse.. I am still trying but results come a lot quicker during holidays.

Again, thank you for your reply, HP Pythia. I am planning on still trying to attain my desired goal.
