Pressure in back

I am noticing that I feel a pressure in my upper mid back slightly to my right and sometimes slightly to the left, almost like a heat but not really.  It is not a typical pain or sensation.  Somewhat like that of numbness but it's not totally numb.  
Just got it now after opening my throat chakra, but I usually get it while doing the dishes.
Any ideas as to what it might be?

Thank you, that is great news.  I was concerned about whether my chakras were opening or not.  I am so happy to hear this is a sign that they are.
