pregnacy and meditating

I figure someone might have some helpful input. So... my friend is
preggo and forgot her sign in thing so she wants me to ask for her
because I can only help her so much with this question.
Would certain meditations or raising the kundalini hurt her baby she
hasn't yet had? I imagine some would but not sure on everything.

Well trying to raise the kundalini does sound a bit unsafe. She can
ask The Great Gods Lilith and Pazuzu for a safe delivery.

I don't know about meditations but I would definately say working
with the aura is best way to go in this situation.

I suppose you ask any adult who would know the occult info of it.I don't think it would rising the kundalini would harm her baby with powerful tube of white light and some meditation would be good the baby or some might harm it with destructive energy.You should the join the Jos adult e-group and your question might be answered.

Certain meditations are definitely not advised during pregnancy.
Invoking elements, advanced breathing exercises, raising the kundalini
and any other powerful techiniques can cause problems.

Putting a white-gold light on the fetus in the womb and programming it
positively will help the baby. Void meditation is also ok. My mother
who was into witchcraft and taught me things- she would talk to my kids
when they were infants and program them positively with positive
affirmations, like when she was feeding them while babysitting. I can
vouch that these positive affirmations have definitely helped all of
them, as they are grown.

Such as telling them they will have happy and prosperous lives, health
and well-being in every way. Repeating such things to infants and
