Is it possible to ask a demon for powers such as idk element manipulation and creation or like teleportation or invisibility and offer something?

It's always possible to ask. They'd likely say no. Far better to develop your abilities and then, maybe you'll handle them maturely and responsibly.

Of course, should th hegemony learn of you ever developing these abilities, they'd do their best to kill you. So, keep things under your hat.

The demons don't just hand you these things. You have to work at raising your power through meditation, etc.
