lately I feel as if I overflow energy, I feel good but overstimulated and then I have trouble sleeping at night how I can balance my energies?

   Thank You for this post. A post helps more then the people who respond to it.   When The Pineal Gland activates Energy becomes very intense. I was getting excited over the Group that I made and how many people it is effecting.   Electricty flowed through out my body to where I could feel it physically. It burned me like an electrical burn, in a manner as though it was tazing me.   It was really quite powerful. I was like ok, ok I am sorry I wont get excited! lol.   I kept getting excited and it would taze the shit out of me.   I was thinking to myself how in the how do you stop this from doing that. Then I saw this post.   It hit me, if I send some of the energy to the Gods it will proboly stop.   I did it and sure enough it helped alot.   Thanks.
