Why do you ask "help"? You're not helpless. You're here.Your Guardian Demon will show himself/herself to you, when you're ready. If you need help or guidance just talk to him/her even if you don't know them. When I didn't know my Guardian I always addressed to him as "my Guardian" without saying any name, and I knew he listened to me, and he did give me signs in order to direct me etc.
Look, Spiritual Satanism is not the kind of religion that one will take you by the hand and give you directions. This Religion is about self-knowledge, self-empowerment, independence... Do not search for someone to explain to you how the heck to think. You'll need to free your mind in order to expand your knowledge and it won't happen if you're just taking directions from another. For going into a trance, the only think you have to do is relax relax relaaax, empty your mind and again, relax.
It's not hard. If you entirely relax, the falling effect will come eventually. I know it's difficult in the beginning, but you have to be patient.
Also, be careful with other people around you; don't tell them about your religion etc... No matter how easily we can understand and FEEL that Spiritual Satanism is the True Original Religion of humanity and how much we feel that Satan IS our God and Creator, the others can not understand that easily...
