planetery time

i am located in Africa prissily in Cameroon how do i use the planetary hours?do i use them i same or do i first of all convert the time to my time zone?if yes then what is the time zone for the time of the planetary hours?

Am also in africa. You should download chronos software to get the accurate planetary time. If you dont have a pc then log on this website http://www.lunarium.co.uk and change your location, it's also accurate.
