I live in Philly but my chronos is set to NY. its literally 1 hours away with a train so I doubt something as big as the planetery times will get effected but I still would like to hear the advice of the more advanced people

An hour by train would cause the planetary hours to be off by about 5 minutes, give or take.

Go to lunarium.co.uk, set your exact location, compare the difference, keep this difference in mind.
