Past life regression.

So I was doing some of my daily meditations and I decided to try some past life regression and it was going fine until I went through the door. As soon as I did I was what felt like attacked by a grey. They appeared out of no where and kind of just stood there but proceeded to fill me with "fear." After that I stopped but now I am wondering if there is something I should be doing extra other then a protective aura to deter them. Any suggestions or similar experiences?

probably it wasnt a grey that attacked you but it was what you saw in your past?
