Hello, brothers, how are you?
My mother suffers from osteoarthritis, her hip bones hurt. He has been to more than one doctor, but you know what this is like. They gave him pain pills and exercise. She is 64 years old and still in pain.
Does anyone know if I can do anything to ease your pain?
First off i am in no way knowledgeable about osteoarthritis, but i do know a thing or two about how similar problems occur.
1. Problems with bones mainly come with a lack of vitamin D, vitamin D is an extremely important
hormone. If the body has a lack of vitamin D the body starts to extract vitamin D from the bones, this can cause various bone problems. A lack of vitamin D can cause a lot of chaos inside one's body, so making sure that you get your daily intake of vitamin D is very important.
2. A lack of mobility can cause problems with the joints and muscles, the chances of getting problems like this are significantly lower with a flexible body. This can also heal ones body if done correctly, Yoga would be best for this.
3. Exercise can help a lot as well, there are many benefits that come with exercising, at least if done correctly.
4. A healthy lifestyle can get you long way, make sure that you get the nutrients that you need on daily basis.
Vitamin D is best absorbed from the sun directly, You can get vitamin D from various foods like fatty fish and eggs. If you decide to take supplementation make sure to never buy organic/plant based vitamin D! Your body will not absorb any plant based vitamin D.
