Eeeeeh.... None? 
Personally, I always direct my orgasm to my sixth chakra, and I feel the energy there. (it doesn't need any affirmation)I suppose, if you had a problem with your eyes or something, you could direct the orgasm and affirm that it is healing you or something like that... Otherwise, I don't think it has any effect.
