Openning chakras

I was woundering; I'm trying to start openning my chakra's, but I have just a little problem. I can't do it at night, I live with my aunt, my cousin, and her boyfriend, and though not a single one of them attends church, they all still believe in the xian 'god'. And my cousin has already caught me twice trying to do the openning of chakras, and it was huge a mess afterwards. So I was woundering, would it be possible for me to try and do the opennings during the day? That would be so much easier, because I'm usually the only one in the house during the day.

Choose the time that works for you. The most important thing is to make sure you meditate as often as you can. Although, it is ideal to do chakra meditations during their hour. You will learn more about this as you advance. You can also start training yourself to meditate on the astral.
