When you do these practices how many days should you wait before to try the next one? After you preform the 1st, on the 2nd is says like 4-5 days. Then on the third it does say anything??? Please help

I've used the above link to open all of
the major chakras during my 40 day meditation program. But
I'm a bit confused with some of the details and I have
two main questions:
1. When you do these meditations for the set
amount of days recommended, are your chakras afterward
immediately opened? For example, with the Third Eye Opening
meditation, the page says to do it for four days, so when
you've done it for four days, is your third eye
automatically opened, or does it depend? I'm asking
because I don't wanna do the meditation over again if
it's going to be redundant or inhibit my progress, but I
don't know whether or not I need to do it more to open
my third eye.
2. This goes hand-in-hand with the first
question: how do I know when my chakras have been opened? On
the third eye page, it says what to expect after doing the
meditation, that being a headache/migraine or pressure on
the third eye, but I don't see any information on how
you know whether it's been opened or not. Does that
headache and/or pressure apply only to the effects of the
meditation itself, or does it also apply to how one knows
that the third eye is opened?
If you get a headache or
pressure in your head for several days then you have
successfully opened your third eye.
