Opening the soul questions.

I would like to know if open the soul has a few side affect like making you sick. I've been doin the meditations for it and today i woke up with a kind of sore throat, small jolts of pain in my stomach, gas and small jolts of pain in my legs. It also feels like a slight headache is easing in. Could this be from the soul work i'm doin or am i just under the weather?

i've felt nauseous quite a few times and have actually thrown up. im also having headaches right now. Father says the nausea is my soul cleansing itselt and the headaches come from opening my 3rd eye.
