How do you open your 3rd eye?

is there any incantations/rituals to do so, and if so, where can I find the instruction to do so?

On that page (And thank you for sharing, by the way) it says "after you're finished to meditate on the 3rd eye."

Does this mean after I'm finished with the 4 days or, after I'm finished with each day's chant?

I just want to do this right. I appreciate your help so much.

After every meditation session you should spend a few minutes focusing and feeling the chakra you work on.
