Nostalgia

What do you think about Nostalgia? Is it a good, bad emotion?
It seems to me like something bad. It makes me weak and instead of focusing on the here and now, i'm focusing on my past (obviously)
So, what do you have to say about Nostalgia?

Hm, I believe that if by constant meditation we empower our souls and minds and accept ourselves for who we are, nostalgia wouldn't make us sad. We would think of past memories as beautiful past memories and experiences that have given us valuable lessons.That's just my personal opinion.

Nice words. You're probably right. I can't imagine Satan missing Golden Age or something, he focuses on the here and now. And that's why he we are winning. HAIL SATAN!!
