I think there’s a difference, When/if someone has a porn addiction and they masturbate constantly this is draining their sexual energy right?

Also, others here have written about people they know with porn addiction so bad that they can’t even get hard to a woman in real life. It’s obviously something that can be over done.

I thought of it like that and i did try nofap for about 3 days and i could be a placebo effect but in my performance in the gym was much better but this group is the only one ill trust so ilk take any of yalls word for it over the media

Fap is a term for masturbation. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with masturbation but when people watch porn and masturbate too much; then I’m sure it can become a problem. let’s take a look at what the HPs say about it.
