A long time back (late 80s early 90s) I had read a book on the Tibetan rites .It was about a colonel who had gone to the Himalayas
in search of fountain of youth, i also would do it at that time just
found the book today ,am very excited to share the link with my brothers/sisters am sending it to
you all(please read it with a satanic eye especially the part on the diet). I know that you know all these exercises but i just dont know why there was this restlessness to share it with you all on the forum.I have just found it am gonna start reading it as soon as i send out this mail.Here is the link
