You won't feel like you are going anywhere for sometime.10 days after the 40 day program was when u began to really start feeling energy. I really started to experience the awesome post-yoga high, and I started to get healthier. One thing I have learned is patience. Always have patience, but only to a point.HAIL SATAN!!!
