I just have a lot of questions and I honesty don't know how this group works but if someone can get to me and maybe help me out please do i have no other way or alterative to get my answers answered !!!!

I felt a little thing that I won't call pain. It was like an opening sensation. Like expansion for the four days I did it. The sensation came as I disengaged my arms from my chest. We're different, there's non listed on the JoS website.
