Neutralizing Neptune

Possibly Varuna ( Vah-rou-nah ) might neutralize the negative aspects of Neptune. That appears to be more positive and cleansing aspect of Neptune originally was posted by Naked Pluto. You can try I mean I didn't have any bad effects at all from this one but start at a low number just to be sure.
As far as Uranus goes, for a transit, overall it’s good to have an adaptable and strong spirit. A person could make themselves busy with things they’d like to be busy with because Uranus can ensure that a person will be busy whether they like it or not. Getting on top of it before it gets on top of you. Reminds me of saturn in that sense. Some Uranus qualities can be good for enlightenment and advancement. It really depends. Uranus is neutral.

Aside from that, meditation and music are the best ways to sublimate Neptune.
