Need to understand some terms

Ok most days when I go onto the site JOS there are usually some terms they refer to that I cannot understant and it's a bit frustraiting.
Here are some words I have questions on:

-What are greys? Are they like aliens or something? (found in The Origins of Satanism)

-Gentiles? When one uses this word are they refering to us? As the whole population of humans?

-What is the Magnum Opus?? I tryed finding it in a dictonary but I'm confused on whether it's a place, event, something you reach, or a figure of speach.

PLEASE if you have some insight for me on these words, please, post back, it'd be really helpful. Thank you ^.^

Grays/greys: Yes, they are aliens, their minds are all connected(like computer networking.)

Gentiles: The term Gentile (from Latin gentilis, by the French "gentil", female: "gentille", meaning of or belonging to a clan or tribe) refers to non-Israelite tribes - wikipedia - dont read the rest of the shit. Perhapds more will have different explenations

Magnum Opus: Its not a place, even or figure of speach. It is however something you reach. There is more of it up on the JoS website (http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... _Opus.html) - For further reading and understanding
