Need help fast !

i have this weird energy sensation in my throut that just wont go away
i tried doing meditations on opening the throut chakra and my pineal gland and nothing seems to help me
how do i make it go away its is creeping me out

use a american indian cure for bad spirits called a smudging get som sage white sage is best but u can use ordinary sage from the store use a dish that can handle hi heat or a censor use a piece of lit charcoal or use a charcoal disk used for this exact reason make sure you inhale and make the smoke cover you from head to toe. If that doesn't work try evoking a deamons help i would use leviathan.

Are you good at circulating energy?

It might just be that- because you have not opened all your chakras (beyond your throat chakra) the energy flow is blocked at your throat. Overtime, as you open all your chakras, circulate the energy around your body from chakra to chakra. You shouldn't have this weird energy sensation anymore after that.
