Need advice please!!!!! ASAP!!!

I need some help please. To make a long story short my Landlord has been picking at me and my family over petty shit such as my parking space and my wifes plants. She has served me a three days notice to perform or cure or else she will evict us. I have given her several chances to leave us alone but she continues to bother us. I feel this person has wronged me enough to perform a destruction ritual. I just need to know if any planets are in retrograde at the moment. Since it is a waning moon phase for the next couple of days I want to do the ritual asap. Any other knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
